This course is designed for individuals who are new to Power BI and wish to learn how to analyse data and create visualizations. Participants will gain hands-on experience with Power BI Desktop, learn best practices for data modelling, and understand how to share reports effectively. By the end of this Power BI beginner course, participants will be able to navigate Power BI Desktop, Service, and Mobile while understanding their roles within the ecosystem. They will learn to connect to various data sources like Excel and SQL Server, clean and transform data using Power Query, and create relationships between tables. Participants will also be introduced to DAX for calculated columns and measures, design reports using charts, tables, and maps, and build interactive dashboards in Power BI Service. Additionally, they will learn best practices for optimizing and sharing reports and dashboards effectively.
